ECRA: A digital platform that provides data analytics services for ecommerce retail audit through website ecradata.ai

REGISTERED BRAND OWNER: A brand-owning individual or entity that is registered and utilizes the ECRA dashboard.

SERVICE: Access to ECRA's features and dashboard based on the selected subscription package

SUBSCRIPTION: A paid package with a specific scraping duration and frequency (daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

The Registered Brand Owner is required to provide valid and complete information during the Account Registration process.

Upon successful registration, the Registered Brand Owner will receive an email containing a username and password to log in to the dashboard.

The Registered Brand Owner is responsible for the security of the account, including maintaining the confidentiality of the password.

ECRA commits to protecting the personal and business data of Registered Brand Owners in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Initial Access Schedule: Initial access to the ECRA dashboard will be granted according to the following schedule, after payment has been confirmed:

• • Daily & Weekly: Starting on the Monday of the following week.
• • Biweekly: Starting on the Monday two weeks later
• • Monthly: Starting on the Monday of the first week of the following month.

Subsequently, the dashboard will remain accessible up to one month (H+1) after the end of the scraping period, according to the subscribed package. However, the data and analytics displayed will no longer be updated after the scraping period ends.

ECRA reserves the right to perform system maintenance that may temporarily affect access, with prior notice provided.

ECRA will provide one assistance service to confirm the meaning of the analysis for each of its features. This assistance is valid throughout the scraping period.

Payment must be made after the Registered Brand Owner completes the package selection and agrees to the terms and conditions.

The fee includes income tax (PPh) but excludes value-added tax (VAT/PPn)

All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases where ECRA is at fault.

A cancellation by your company after the submission of this form will incur a penalty of 50% of the total fee

Duplicating, reselling, or distributing scraped data without permission.

Accessing or attempting to access the ECRA system without authorization.

Registered Brand Owners have a limited license to use the data for their own internal business purposes only.
